We partner with school districts to deliver collaborative, results-driven ABA services designed to meet real-world classroom challenges. Whether it’s reducing disruptive behavior, supporting students with complex needs, or building staff capacity, we work side-by-side with districts to develop sustainable, individualized solutions.

The Full Story

After years of working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within large corporate settings, our founder set out on a new path: one focused on restoring the human connection at the heart of effective behavioral support. With firsthand experience in the limitations of a systemized, one-size-fits-all model, they launched this practice to offer a more responsive, personalized approach to ABA services.

At New Era, we believe that real progress starts with genuine connection. That’s why we focus on delivering highly personalized, relationship-driven support tailored to the unique needs of each individual, team, and school community we serve.

Meet Our Founder

Elise Howarth

Founder & BCBA

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a mom to the most kindhearted little boy, and a lifelong animal lover who feels happiest surrounded by creatures of all kinds. Our home is full of energy and love thanks to our furry and feathered friends, each one a reminder of the joy that comes from caring for others.

My husband and I moved to New Hampshire on a whim and a dream. That leap of faith turned into one of the best decisions we ever made. Life here has grounded me, inspired me, and given me the space to create the kind of career and team culture I’ve always envisioned.

As a BCBA, I am passionate about meaningful work. I help individuals grow while also supporting the people who dedicate their time and heart to making a difference. For me, it’s about clinical excellence and cultivating a workplace where collaboration, creativity, and joy are at the center. My goal is for my team to feel valued, inspired, and supported in every way, because I truly believe that when people love where they work, the impact naturally extends to the lives we serve.
I’m building something rooted in purpose and fueled by heart and a place where science and compassion come together.

My favorite part about working at New Era is the team environment, emphasis on quality services, training of staff and watching the growth of our students. The company has helped me grow professionally by encouraging me and providing hands-on learning as I prepare for my BCBA certification. Elise has allowed me to learn first hand how to navigate supervising coworkers, and growing relationships between the company and all stakeholders. The culture of the company is unique in the sense that we have very open lines of communication. We put an emphasis on listening to the people that work directly with our students, and how we can provide recommendations and programming that is tailored specifically to each student’s goals and environment. We focus on building rapport with not only our students, and staff, but the districts we work in as well. I find it rewarding when I can observe our staff working with our students and see the joy they experience when our student has success, regardless of how big or small it is. I also love listening to the other staff members in the school praise the progress of our students because their growth goes beyond the walls of our classroom. I feel respected, appreciated, and recognized each and every day. I can honestly say I genuinely love my job and enjoy working for New Era. I love being a part of the team and being in a position of leadership and celebrating our continued growth of our employees and as a company. A key difference between New Era and previous employers are the positive culture, focus and priority on open communication, and how we mold to the needs of the students and districts that we serve. New Era is not a one- model fits all. We really pride ourselves on listening and learning how we can assist those we serve to fit their individual needs, and create a positive and enriching atmosphere in the process.

New Era is truly a great place to work. You get to work independently with your student without feeling like you’re being micromanaged or under a microscope. I always feel like I’m being heard and my opinion is valued. Decisions are made as a team and not just decided for you which makes a huge difference. The work we do is so important and even the smallest victory is ALWAYS celebrated throughout the team. I leave work every day feeling like I accomplished something and made a difference in some way.
